You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into legally binding contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Work Medica website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Work Medica or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

  • Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any software

SERVICE AGREEMENT

The specific terms of our virtual assistant services are outlined in separate service agreements executed between Work Medica and individual clients. These Terms of Service govern use of our website; service agreements govern the provision of staffing services.

FEES AND PAYMENT

Fees for our services are outlined in individual service agreements. Payment terms, refund policies, and pricing are specified in those agreements.

HIPAA COMPLIANCE

For healthcare providers using our services, we maintain compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) will be executed as required.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
